Question: How can I be a member?Answer: At the right top corner after clicking My account, click continue. And then fill in the form. To be your membership accepted you have to fill in the section shown as * .
Question: I was a member of your site but I lost my password what do ı have to do?Answer: After clicking My Account, At the Returning Customer box click "Password forgotten? Click here.". Then from the page write your e mail address to wait for the e mail to come.
Question: I have lost my password. Wanted a new password. They send me. But it is very complex to memorize. I wonder id I can change the password they send me?Answer: Yes. From My Account, by clicking” Change my account password. “ then from the menu that comes in front of you, write the password they send you in Current Password then write in the a New Password input the new password you want to write.
Question: Do I have to be a member?Answer: No, you do not have to be a member for visiting the site. You can visit as much as you like.
Question: While i am visiting, I want to choose some products. Later on when i visit your page can i again see the products i have choosen before easly.Answer: If you are a member yes. All the products you hae choosen will stay in your the permanent cart. The other time you visit our site you can easly see these products. You can even add or remove some of the products too.

Question: How to find the best seller items?Answer: To see all the products' Bestsellers, at the top left corner under the 's logo click Top. At the right Bestsellers box occurs then you can see these products. Once you choose categories these boxes will change.
Question: How can I see the Product Specialties ?Answer: Very easy. At the right in the home page looking at the specials box you can see all the product's specials by clicking the small arrow. By thinking that there are lots of pages click next button to see the next pages.
Question: Can I see all the Manufacturer's products in a list?Answer: Yes. You can choose the Manufacturers name from at left column Please Select box.
Question: How can I find a product?Answer: As you can do it by choosing the product's category or choosing from the manufacturer, you can also do it by Advanced Search thah is at the left column in the search box. Write here the word you would like to find.
Question: I am not a expert in shopping. While I am searching a product, the people they bought that product, I am wondering what did they bought with that product. May be I will also by the same thing. Can I learn this?Answer: When you click the product by one bys that are in your cart you can see a list of other products that they bought with that product. You cannot use this process until you have got the product you want to see that what people bought with that product. To see you have to add that product in your cart.

Question: What about the payment terms?Answer: You can pay by cod (Cash On Destination), Cheque/Moneyorder and Credit Card payment methot.
You can use all credit cards for one payment.
If you wish to pay by installment, you must have and use World Card and Card Finans through internet. If you have Bonus Cards you must come to company headquarter in Mecidiyeköy İstanbul and passing your credit card through by the pos machines.
Question: How can I buy a product by Money Order?Answer: Complete your normal shopping after you are a member. Once you get in to the payment section; Select the currencies you want to pay with. From want currencies you have choosen the Check/Money Orders will come. Do your payment to one of these banks.

Question: How can I see my order's status?Answer: Firstly you should login to the site. Then, click My Account. Click the product's status you want to see.

Question: The product I bought from you I want to send it to my friend because of that what can I do not to send it to my Primary Address but to send it to my friend's address? Is this possible?Answer: Yes. This it is possible. After finishing your ordering process and then coming to the payment section click Add Address button fill the necessary name and address process. The product's invoice will be on you but the product will be send to the address you filled in.
Question: I wanted to send a present to my friend. And added their address. But, now I can't add a new address. What do I have to do?Answer: The address book is not open as an infinity address book. It is limited. Delete the one you rarely use, then write your new address to the fill that is empty.

Question: How I can get a product notification's updates?Answer: If you are a member of the site; when choosing a product; at the right of the page a small box called Notifications occur. And this product's name can be seen. Click the product's name. We will be notify by the product's updates. Clicking the cancel picture will not notify you.
Question: I don't have the possibilities to select the products by one by. Can I get notifications not only with one product but notifications with all products?Answer: Yes of course you can. Login. Click” View or change my product notification list. “. Tick Global Product Notifications. And then continue button to sace your changes.
